TRE C

MINERAL WOOL INSULATED PANELS

Mineral wool

Sheet-metal sandwich panels with mineral-wool core for thermal and acoustic insulation.

MADE TO MEASURE

The configuration starts from the application.

Panels are made to measure with two metal shells and mineral-wool insulation between them. Standard density used in established TRE C configurations is around 90–100 kg/m³. Plain versions, stepped versions for thermal-break profiles and configurations with a perforated inner face for sound-absorption applications are available.

  • Thermal and acoustic insulation
  • Plain, STEP or perforated-inner-face version
  • Configurable materials and thicknesses
  • Project-specific holes and provisions
  • Finished panel ready for assembly

Applications

  • Air-handling units
  • Refrigeration
  • Industrial machinery enclosures
  • Applications requiring both acoustic and thermal insulation

Technical configuration

  • Dimensions up to approx. 3000 × 1250 mm
  • Standard thicknesses 25 / 50 / 60 / 120 mm; others on request
  • Indicative sheet thickness 0.5–2.0 mm
  • Galvanized steel, laminated/pre-painted steel, aluminium, stainless steel and other compatible materials
  • Standard density approx. 90–100 kg/m³

Integrated processing

Holes, cut-outs, rebates, thermal breaks, gaskets and accessory assembly can be evaluated together with the panel to reduce downstream operations.
